Join us at our 3rd ANNUAL H3O GOLF OUTING on Friday, JUNE 12, 2015 at Fowlers Mill Golf Course, at 13095 Rockhaven Road, Chesterland, OH 44026. It's a scramble format, with a 9:30 am shotgun start. The following are all included: 8:00 am continental breakfast, lunch, buffet dinner, 18 holes of golf, raffles and prizes.
Hands, Hearts & Homes Outreach is a faith-based charity, pledged to enrich the lives of the needy families we serve, and ALL PROCEEDS from our event are dedicated to this mission work.
