Hands, Hearts & Homes Outreach kicks off the summer with its 4th annual golf outing on Friday, June 10th, 2016, at Fowler’s Mill Golf Course in Chesterland. The cost is $99.00 per golfer and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, buffet dinner, raffles, prizes, and 18 holes of golf on what Golfweek Magazine ranked the 2nd best public golf course in Ohio!
Hands, Hearts& Homes Outreach (H3O) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization that collects and distributes food, personal items, furniture and household furnishings to Greater Cleveland individuals in need. H3O operates out of Solon, OH.
Early registration is encouraged because space is limited. Individuals can sign up at www.handsheartshomes.org or call Joan Hageman at 330.963.0130.
