On Sunday, December 31, 2023, several volunteers made bagged lunches, packed hot drink and toiletries bags, and drove to St. Herman's House in Cleveland - a homeless shelter on Franklin Boulevard. Hats, gloves, scarves, and food were distributed to the needy.

2023 Golf Outing ResultsThrough the generous efforts of all of our wonderful golfers and our fantastic volunteer staff, we were able to raise over $15,000 at the June 2, 2023 event. We greatly appreciate everyone's participation and support, and look forward to seeing you again in 2024. Thank you very much!
For now the 2nd time post-COVID, we held our 9th "Annual" golf outing on June 3rd, 2022 at Fowler's Mill, and it was another huge success. We made over $14,000!
THANK YOU TO THE GOLFERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND SPONSORS WHO MADE THE DAY SUCH A SUCCESS! See you again in 2023!!! After a 1-year hiatus due to COVID-19, we held our 8th "Annual" golf outing on June 4th, 2021 at Fowler's Mill, and it was a great success. We made over $8300!

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, our Furniture Ministry has been suspended until further notice. Until a time that we can safely operate, which will probably be when a vaccine is in place, we are on hold.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and hope that you will think of us again in the future. H3O SUNDAY was even better than last month. We had a little over 90 people come to us for what we had to offer. This month we were ready and had enough for all of them but now we are out of most everything. We need washcloths, socks, men’s underwear, sizes M, L, XL and 2X. Women’s underwear sizes 7—10. Please help if you can. Help us help those who need so much and yet greet us with a smile and a thank you as we share what we have and most of all we share Christ’s Love.
FURNITURE... On Thursday they made 3 pickups and delivered 2 twin beds, a queen and full bed and bedding for all. They also delivered 2 kitchen tables/chairs a living room chair, a sofa 2 living room tables to two families and one of the families also received boxed pots/pans, dishes and towels. BOB N., CHRIS S., AND JOHN L. - THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO AS YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO SO MANY FAMILIES. Hands, Hearts & Homes Outreach is grateful for the patrons and volunteers who once again made our rummage sale a success. This year, the sale raised over $4000 which was quickly put to good use, as we purchased four new tires for our delivery van. Thank you so much for your support!!!
The numbers are in, and the final proceeds from the 2019 Golf Outing were over $9250. Thank you so much to all the golfers and volunteers who made this year's event another success!
It was a great success with perfect weather. Over 50 golfers enjoyed a sit down luncheon with a guest speaker, then 18 holes of golf. A BIG THANK YOU to the golfers, and everyone who helped make the day a success!

Hands, Hearts & Homes Outreach kicks off the summer with its 4th annual golf outing on Friday, June 10th, 2016, at Fowler’s Mill Golf Course in Chesterland. The cost is $99.00 per golfer and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, buffet dinner, raffles, prizes, and 18 holes of golf on what Golfweek Magazine ranked the 2nd best public golf course in Ohio! Hands, Hearts & Homes Outreach is holding a HUGE rummage sale fundraising event Thursday, May 5th through Saturday, May 7th at Advent Lutheran Church, 5525 Harper Road, in Solon. Sale items include antiques, collectibles, furniture, indoor/outdoor household furnishings, artwork, kids stuff, and much, much more! This is a CASH ONLY sale. Sale hours begin on Thursday, May 5th with a $5.00 early bird sale from 5pm – 8pm. The sale is free of charge on Friday, May 6th from 9 - 4 and Saturday, May 7th from 9 – noon. H3O volunteers helped serve the less fortunate at St. Herman's House of Hospitality in Cleveland today. See the pictures below... The outing was another fantastic success! We had good weather for most of the day, and the downpour started as most golfers were on the final few holes. Thanks to everyone's help, and the support of 100 golfers, we raised just over $10,000 !! Our fund raising Rummage Sale was held at Advent Lutheran Church on Friday, May 8th, and Saturday, May 9th, 2015. We raised over $4300 for our mission!!! Over 30 volunteers made this event a HUGE success. Thank you all so much for your efforts!!
